I had a blast enjoying the hotel's hot tub, steam bath, sauna, and massage treatments. The souvenir shop and hairdresser's were a nice touch too.

Loved paying for coffee & tea in my room, because who doesn't like getting charged for something that's usually free?

The Garden Terrace - I had the most delightful evening at the hotel's garden terrace. It felt like dining in an enchanted garden, with twinkling fairy lights and the sweet scent of flowers in the air. The international dishes were simply delectable, making it a truly magical dining experience.

Receptionist's Direction Mishap

We had a truly amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in downtown. The location couldn't have been better - right opposite to the square, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Plus, the restaurant had a lovely garden area where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the mornings.

The hotel Palas in Kazanlak was incredible! Spacious suite, friendly staff, delicious food, convenient location, great breakfasts, clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.

The experience was marred by some negative aspects. The noise from the restaurant and the band on the weekends was disturbing, and the old waiter was quite grumpy with the customers.

The hotel I stayed in was quite near the main square and it was very convenient to access the different areas in the center. The building was practically opposite the square, so it was very easy to find. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
